Terms of Service

1. Provider and eligibility

Magically Linked is provided by Vaughn Labs LLC. Contact jon@vaughnlabs.io for account, billing or legal questions. You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the accounts and information you use. By using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and API keys, and report suspected unauthorized access. Use only accounts, content and information you have permission to manage. Reseller permissions apply within the purchased entitlement and do not grant ownership of a client’s LinkedIn account or permission for unrelated use of their information.

3. Founding Partnership and billing

• Current offer. Ten Founding Partnerships are offered in total. Each subscription is $100 per month in U.S. dollars for up to 300 managed client accounts. Ten is the total capacity, not a promise that ten places remain. Availability is checked when checkout starts. Cancelled paid partnerships do not reopen a place in the ten-partnership offer. AI provider usage is billed separately by your selected provider.
• Embedded checkout. Enter your name and email on Magically Linked, then pay through Stripe’s embedded form on the Magically Linked page. A checkout reservation is temporary and does not grant access until payment and account activation are confirmed. A pending payment must be checked through the existing checkout rather than repeated as another purchase. Payment-provider authentication may be required.
• Payment and renewal. The Founding Partnership is paid from purchase, without a free trial or trial-only card authorization. $100 is charged at signup, then monthly until cancelled. After confirmed provisioning, a new account receives an access email with a temporary password and chooses its own password; existing accounts retain their credentials.
• Future individual plans. Starter, Growth and Pro are coming later and cannot currently be purchased through public signup. Historical or custom entitlements remain subject to their recorded offer; this launch does not change an existing expressly granted price or seat allowance.
• Cancellation. Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing in the app to cancel future renewal. If billing directs you to support, or you cannot access the account, contact us for assistance. Access continues through the period already paid for. Signing out, pausing automation or uninstalling does not cancel billing.
• Payment failures and changes. Failed payments can pause paid access. The billing portal shows available changes before confirmation; a lower entitlement can disable features or pause campaigns above its limit.
• Refunds. Payments are final and non-refundable, including renewals, partial periods and unused time, except where an express purchase offer or applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Price changes. A new subscription price will be communicated before it applies to a renewal so you can cancel first. It does not change a period already paid for or override an expressly promised locked price.

4. Workflows, AI and communications

You choose workflows and remain responsible for recipients, content, timing, rights and lawful use. Review AI output and actions before authorizing them; AI can be inaccurate. API keys and MCP clients can operate within their account permissions. Protect them and review the access you grant. Spam, harassment, impersonation, deceptive communications, unauthorized access and attempts to evade platform restrictions are prohibited. We may restrict workflows or accounts to address misuse or security concerns.

5. Your content

You retain your rights to your content. You permit us to host, process, transmit and display it as needed to provide your chosen features, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the necessary permissions for contact information, messages and media.

6. LinkedIn and beta availability

Magically Linked is independent of LinkedIn and is not endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s rules. Browser workflows require Chrome and your authenticated LinkedIn session. The official LinkedIn developer API is not required for the initial browser connection. Installed-extension workflows remain under live validation; available actions depend on what LinkedIn exposes. Read the availability guide for current limitations.

Third-party changes can affect functionality, and we may update or pause affected workflows. Pacing and limits do not guarantee platform permission, account standing, audience growth, reach or revenue. Software is not guaranteed to be continuously available or error-free.

7. Updates, ending use and data requests

Use the software within your entitlement and respect intellectual-property rights. Compatibility or security updates may be needed. You may pause workflows, sign out or uninstall the extension. To cancel billing, follow section 3. To request account closure or deletion of server-held information, contact us. Removing the extension does not reverse actions already taken on LinkedIn or delete copies held by recipients.

8. Applicable rights and changes

These terms apply only to the extent permitted by law and preserve mandatory consumer protections. They do not impose arbitration. Updates do not retroactively rewrite an express purchase entitlement. We will provide notice of changes where required. Send questions to jon@vaughnlabs.io.
